La Guineolese Gala First Edition

On Saturday, December 9th, La Guinéolese hosted a grand, electrifying, and thrilling gala of beautiful people in a prestigious venue setting filled with large crystal chandeliers. The festive event was elegantly decorated in white and gold, with speakers blasting rhythmic, engaging music played by DJ Vigor Le Forestier Black. Amongst all the bright colours and cultural ambiance, La Guinéolese was able to obtain one of their initial objectives, which was to create an amicable bridge between the two country cultures of Congo and Guinea, from which the word Guinéolese derives.

With that being said, a strong fusion was created between west and central Africa on the very night of the 9th, which created an ecstatic experience for each attendee.

Sitting down, eating delicious, mouth-watering food that is rich in flavour, with in sight the cultural performances of Sappeurs, Griots, Sere’s, and the entrances of Marraines and Parrains. Looking to your left, there is joy; towards your right, there is laughter; and you turn back towards your front with immediate effect before you miss out on the next act that had everyone shouting astonishingly, "Ehhhhh."

We can proudly state that each attendee on that Saturday evening dedicated to La Guinéolese was living in the moment—a moment of excitement, enjoyment, and breath taking energy.
